The Oyster Bar
Our Oyster Bar is a Woodquay institution, born from Galway’s enduring love for Atlantic shellfish and proudly partnered with the Galway International Oyster Festival. Perch at the bar to savour Kelly’s oysters shucked to order – each offering a clean, briny burst of ocean freshness. It’s a simple yet indulgent pleasure, perfectly paired with a crisp Chablis, a chilled Guinness, or a drop of Irish whiskey for the truly adventurous.
