Irish Beef
At McSwiggan’s we are proud to showcase the best beef in the world which is Irish, cared for by small local family farms passed down from generation to generation, which ensure the highest welfare. Ireland’s mild, temperate climate, plentiful rainfall and rich soils ensures that our grass fed cattle produce the best flavour, this is then enhanced by dry aging by our butchers.
Our chefs then cook the beef on charcoal ovens, we all know beef tastes best cooked on an open fire.

Seafood
We source our fish & shellfish, where possible from the rich Atlantic ocean which our fishmongers source from local markets such as our oysters from Kelly’s Oyster Farm, Kilcolgan, Co Galway, which is less than 20 kilometres away from where you are sitting right now. They are available both in our very popular oyster bar located in the ground floor bar and in our restaurant upstairs.
We highly recommend pairing this dish with a nice glass of Chablis or Sancerre or simply a cold pint of Guinness. Enjoying these beautiful natural delicacies from local shores is a true taste of the Wild Atlantic Way.
